The upgrade to wordpress 2.1.2 is not going so well. The sidebar widget isn’t working and my images won’t display. Bear with me while I repair or restore.
The sidebar widget is working now with the new theme. Does not work with the WordPress default Kubrick theme.
No editing tools available. This one must be a simple setting somewhere.
Solution, When I installed the sidebar widget plugin there was an optional file to place in the default theme folder. I replaced that file with its original and now have full wysiwyg editing again. This also repaired the missing images problem.
As you might have noticed, I found a new theme. The blog.txt theme by Scott Allan Wallick I like the use of whitespace. It is very subdued and easy on the eyes. Thanks Scott.
