Whole Grain Pancakes with Cranberries and Sunflower Seeds

This is my old standby, whole grain pancakes. Warning, once you try these, IHOP will never be the same again.
Mix one and a half cups whole wheat flour with one and a half teaspoons aluminum-free baking powder and one half teaspoon sea salt

The Paths of the Perambulator

That old perambulator led me down to the Salvation Army Thrift Store in Ankeny, Iowa today. It’s a wonderful thrift store and “the” place for cash-strapped professionals to update their wardrobes. In addition, they usually have a decent furniture selection and most importantly used books.
